“Redeemed” Traveling Today

Taking This to Be Displayed at First National Bank, Colorado City, TX Today for the month of June.

You, Lord, took up my case; you redeemed my life. Lamentations 3:58 NIV

The oval hand cut shapes in this image represent the different colors of sin in our lives.  The sin is often disguised as something alluring – desirable; the pretty colors.  These things can overwhelm and control us.  Some sins are ugly to begin with but to God all these sins are the same.  When Christ died for us, the chain of sin is broken and we are free — Redeemed!

In this image the point of the piercing is the point the hold of sin is broken.  In the image the varied colors of sin begin to be the same and are overwhelmed by the power of the freedom of redemption in the life of the believer.

Joy does fill my soul and I am overwhelmed with gratitude to be covered by grace through Christ.
